Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Information
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for customers who prefer this option.

If you select local pickup at checkout, you will receive an email or message with pickup instructions once your order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation.

A valid ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.

Delays
Please note that shipping times may be affected by carrier delays that are outside of our control. Pretty & Luxe is not responsible for delays once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pretty & Luxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Pretty & Luxe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
