At Pretty & Luxe we take pride in providing the best customer service, so we understand that it starts with our products. We want only to provide high quality apparel and cosmetics, so due to the nature of our products please review our policies before making a purchase.

Cosmetics

For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on lip glosses.

Apparel

We accept exchanges or store credits on unworn apparel within 3 days of delivery or 48 hours after pickup. Items must be unworn and unwashed, have original tags, be free of any stains, products, etc.

There are no refunds unless it was something incorrect on our end (incorrect or damaged item). Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item was incorrect or damaged. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order # and photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Sale Items

All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
